The Wisconsin Public Library Consortium (WPLC) is a group of all public library systems in Wisconsin. Each library system is a partner in the WPLC and has one seat on the WPLC Board, which serves as the main governance body.  There are several bodies that contribute to the governance of the Wisconsin Public Library Consortium, for more information, visit here.

Wisconsin’s Digital Library is available to all valid Wisconsin library card holders. The digital library provides access for library patrons to digital audio and e-books as well as other e-content on a wide range of subjects. Visit the library here!
