The Digital Library is growing, and one growing pain is that with more eyes on the collection, there are some fault finders.
We recently added a reconsideration of materials form for the WPLC collection:

It’s living on the WPLC page,

under the About tab, then For Patrons.
The intro text to the form reads:
The Wisconsin Public Library Consortium (WPLC) welcomes the opinions of its patrons concerning items in the WPLC Digital Collection. The WPLC has delegated the responsibility for selection and evaluation of collection resources to the WPLC Selection Committee and has established a reconsideration procedure to address concerns about materials in the collection.
