You may know that OverDrive provides a membership to LEAP/Bookshare for visually impaired patrons:

It’s recently come to our attention the offer is good for just one year, and the patron then has the option to renew or cancel. Renewals are $50/year. In addition patrons of the Wisconsin Talking Books and Braille Library should be eligible for free membership by qualifying for the Talking Book program.
