The WPLC Board at their August meeting approved using funds from its R&D and Reserve accounts to purchase OverDrive Periodicals digital magazine titles for Wisconsin's Digital Library as a pilot project. WiLS project managers worked with selectors from the WPLC Selection Committee to identify a starting collection title list.
The magazine title subscriptions will be purchased on September 30th and will be available in the digital library within a few days after that. A list of 87 titles is attached that will be in the digital library along with an FAQ support document with information and links to resources to help libraries and patrons using OverDrive Periodicals.
